Jacqueline Martin, Creator of The Classical Pilates Quest

Jacqueline Martin is a movement coach dedicated to transforming lives through her innovative Ageless Motion program. She offers her signature programs that guide women over 40 to reshape their bodies and live with enhanced vitality and confidence. Jacqueline has helped hundreds of women across the globe transform their lives over the past 37 years. Her journey in fitness and movement is a continuous process of evolving her body, mind, and the connection between both.

Jacqueline began her career as a fitness trainer in 1987, and has been teaching Pilates since 2003. Prior to her movement coaching career, she was a Master Classical Pilates teacher and the founder of Lineage Pilates. Her expertise has been requested at numerous Pilates conferences worldwide, including a virtual conference with Jay Grimes, a first-generation Pilates teacher who studied directly with Joseph Pilates. Her work has been featured in Vogue Poland and in the book "Before During and After Menopause."

Jacqueline's diverse background also includes being a top 10 internationally ranked Triathlon athlete, with top finishes in several countries and a top 2 finish in Ironman Canada. She currently resides in Ladysmith, BC, Canada, where she continues to inspire and guide women through her transformative movement practices.

Will I need to buy any equipment?
For the Ageless Motion program, Jacqueline will recommend certain tools that you likely already have at home to enhance your experience. Most of the recommended tools or equipment are affordable and can be easily found online or at your local health or sports store. The best part is, once you learn how to use these tools, they will serve you for a lifetime.

Examples of the equipment Jacqueline will recommend include an exercise mat, a balancing stick, juggling balls, a theraband, a foam roller, and a yoga block.
Does Ageless Motion include a nutrition or diet plan?
No. This program is specifically designed to focus on evolving your movement practices through NeuroMovement and the Ido Portal Method for enhanced fitness, health, and longevity.
What level of fitness do I need to perform the Movement in this program?
Ageless Motion is designed to be accessible to anyone, regardless of age or current fitness level. However, if you have any prior injuries, we highly recommend consulting your physician beforehand.
